FIT Inc. (hereinafter the "Company”) acknowledges that each piece of personal information obtained through business is important information. The Company pledges to manage personal information properly when handling it for a business purpose and ensure that all the officers and employees of the Company comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations related to the Company's business in order to live up to your expectations for the Company.

1. Purpose of use

The Company will collect and use personal information within the following scope of purposes. If the Company uses personal information for a purpose beyond the following scope, the Company will notify the person to that effect and obtain his/her consent.

  • To conduct business involved with the improvement of the Company's products
  • To exchange information necessary for job applications or securing employment

2. Disclosure to third parties

We do not accept requests for support for the Company's products directly from customers. Therefore, the Company may provide a third party with a customer's name, address, sex, place of employment, post, telephone numbers, contract details, and other information items necessary for them to carry out their business, and they may contact the customer.

Information may be provided orally or in writing (by mail or fax) or by e-mail or other communication means.

The Company never discloses or provides personal information to third parties for a purpose other than those specified in the preceding article, except when the person consents or there is an exception as specified in items of Article 23-1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

3. Safety management

The Company will put personal information under proper and strict control and take preventive and safety measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leak of information, etc.

4. Request for disclosure

When disclosure of personal information held by the Company is requested, the Company will disclose it only to the person to whom such information pertains through a given procedure. If it is found as a result of disclosure that the personal information contains incorrect information or a mistake, the Company will immediately make corrections to reflect the latest information or delete unnecessary information if needed for a business purpose.

5. Links to other sites

The web pages of the Company contain links to other sites. The Company will assume no responsibility for handling of personal information in such other sites. If you go to other sites, you should read the privacy policy of those sites.

6. Entrustment of personal information

The Company may entrust handling of customers' personal information to an outside agent. In that case, the Company will select an agent that takes sufficient measures to protect personal information and exercise necessary and proper supervision over them.
